I don't want to be left out of the lazy post loop, so here's my lazy post.
Originally, I wasn't going to make this a post because there isn't a "recipe" really. However, after I was done making it, it was too delicious to not share so here it is!
I cooked swai fillets in a skillet with a tiny bit of olive oil. Only about a tablespoon of the Pearl River Bridge Mushroom Flavored Soy Sauce was added on top of the swai fillets. Of course after flipping the fillets a few times, the fillets were evenly coated with the soy sauce.
To accompany the fish, I made Helen's guacamole. I had some pineapples left from the last adventure with the fried rice so I threw some pineapples into the guacamole mix. How did that go? It went delicious, that was how it went. I find that with most recipes, you can substitute pineapples with mangoes because both have a mixture of tart and sweetness.
That's it! Since I don't have much to offer, here are some cat pictures.
